This operational role is central to providing a functional, welcoming setting. Reporting to the CFO, you will manage daily facility operations and inspire your team of facilities assistants.

You'll handle maintenance schedules and respond to emergencies while fostering health and safety practices. Your leadership will help create an inclusive setting that promotes the well-being of young individuals in our community. Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of facility cleanliness and safety
Plan for and oversee maintenance of building systems
Supervise and mentor facilities team members
Develop safety programs and uphold compliance standards
Coordinate with external contractors for service efficiency Requirements:
Journeyman certificate or related diploma required
3 years in supervisory facilities management
Current First Aid Certificate needed
Clean criminal and child intervention background checks
