Hybrid work model. Candidates can be in Calgary or Edmonton.

Must Haves

10+ years of experience as a Java Developer with a focus on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Maven supporting enterprise-scale websites

Adobe Experience Manager certification

AEM DevOps, deployment, and build troubleshooting

Experience with HTML, CSS, XML, Java, and Maven for AEM component development

Nice to Have

REACT experience

University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline

Hands-on experience with Agile delivery

Wireframing AEM components and features





Experience working with outsourced vendors and cross-functional teams

DevOps experience

Responsibilities

Lead AEM development across cross-functional initiatives

Define and maintain the AEM product and application roadmap

Optimize Digital Asset Management and Content Management platform performance and stability

Coordinate platform upgrades, patches, and maintenance releases with AMS teams and vendors

Lead end-to-end business requirements management for AEM initiatives

Produce and maintain functional and solution design artifacts

Support testing activities including system integration and user acceptance testing
