In the position of Superintendent, you will oversee all aspects of construction sites from Ottawa to Chalk River, focusing on road building and utility installations. Reporting to the Business Unit Leader, you will coordinate with trades, manage team performance, and uphold safety protocols to ensure both compliance and project excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Direct day-to-day construction activities and staff training
Maintain health and safety standards across all teams
Conduct quality assurance inspections and compliance checks
Develop and oversee site-specific safety programs
Facilitate positive communication with project stakeholders Requirements:
At least 3 years of supervisory experience in construction
5+ years within the construction sector
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
Site layout and large project experience is beneficial
