With extensive experience in construction or industrial safety, you will lead a team of HSSEQ Advisors, ensuring they meet performance goals and align with WSP’s vision. Your expertise in risk identification and analysis will promote safety excellence across projects. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor HSSEQ Advisors to enhance capability
Ensure risk-based HSSEQ support for projects
Identify risks and drive proactive safety strategies
Partner with project teams to ensure secure practices
Conduct investigations and apply corrective actions Requirements:
8–10 years’ experience in safety roles
Leadership experience within high-performing teams
In-depth knowledge of Canadian OH&S; laws
Bilingual in French and English essential
