Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and quality standards
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
Assist in food handling, ensuring proper food safety procedures are followed at all times
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours and manage time effectively
Skills
Proven experience in restaurant or food service industry, including serving and bartending roles
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cashiering
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
Basic math skills for cash handling, bill splitting, and calculating totals accurately
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
