As part of e4c's mission, the Social Worker provides essential case management and goal-oriented care planning for women at the Women's Emergency Accommodation Centre. Key Responsibilities:
Develop personalized care plans for stabilization
Provide case management and advocacy assistance
Collaborate with community partners for resource access
Support Case Workers in service implementation
Maintain documentation for quality service delivery
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Social Work
Registered with the Alberta College Social Workers (ACSW)
1+ year experience in case management
Robust knowledge of trauma-informed practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
