WSP is looking for an Accounts Receivable Expert to manage its diverse accounts receivable portfolio. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to secure payments and resolve issues efficiently.

Your role will involve meticulous record-keeping and contribution to monthly account reviews, strengthening the credit and collection operations of WSP. Key Responsibilities:
Follow up for outstanding invoice payments
Keep detailed collection notes in the system
Resolve disputes with project teams effectively
Answer client questions on account transactions
Manage credit card payments and refunds Requirements:
Diploma in Finance, Administration, or Accounting
Minimum 3 years in accounts receivable collections
Bilingual in English and French
Experience with Oracle Cloud systems
