In this 12-month contract, you'll report to the Senior Manager of Internal Communications.

Your focus will be on developing and executing strategies that ensure seamless organizational change. With 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, you’ll utilize your exceptional communication and strategic planning skills to build trust with stakeholders and enhance employee buy-in. Key Responsibilities:
Develop internal communication strategies for change management
Craft messages tailored to diverse audiences across channels




Build relationships with stakeholders for collaboration
Align communication activities with organizational objectives
Identify and manage communications risks proactively Requirements:
Bachelor’s in communications or public relations
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Bilingual in English and French, both spoken and written
Expertise in change management methodologies
