Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Used Car Salesman/woman to join our dynamic automotive sales team. In this role, you will be the key driver of our pre-owned vehicle sales, engaging with customers to understand their needs, presenting high-quality used cars, and guiding them through the purchasing process. Duties
Actively engage with customers both on the lot and via phone to promote used vehicle inventory and generate sales opportunities
Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to match customers with suitable vehicles based on their preferences and budgets
Negotiate prices, financing options, and trade-in values to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability
Upsell additional products such as warranties, insurance packages, and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue
Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation through closing, ensuring timely follow-up and customer engagement




Support dealership marketing efforts by promoting special offers and highlighting unique vehicle features to attract prospective buyers
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory updates using dealership management software

Experience
Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales within the automotive industry.
OMVIC license.
Familiarity with dealership operations, including sales management processes and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; other languages can significantly expand customer reach
Excellent communication skills, phone etiquette, and organizational skills are essential for managing multiple leads effectively
Strong math skills for calculating financing options and trade-in values accurately
