Lead a dedicated team as the Road Foreperson for Dawson Road Maintenance in Alexis Creek, BC. Ensure road safety and efficiency while supervising maintenance crews and subcontractors.

In this full time position, you will report to the Superintendent, Roads, and contribute significantly to road maintenance across the service area. Your extensive experience in road maintenance and management will be essential to prioritize safety, follow instructions accurately, and maintain high work efficiency among the team.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise maintenance crews and hired equipment
Ensure safety standards in all operations
Communicate effectively with various stakeholders
Manage compliance with MoTT maintenance specifications
Operate equipment as needed during activities

Requirements:
Minimum three years in management-level roles
Five years of experience in road maintenance
Valid Class 3 Driver's License with Air Brake Endorsement
Clean driver's abstract for compliance
Capability to work outdoors and complete shifts
