This full time role in the Advancement Department involves strategic leadership in fundraising operations, donor engagement, and alumni relations. You’ll report to the Associate Vice-President, Advancement, and manage a high-performing team to achieve long-term philanthropic growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead donor relations, development, and stewardship programs
Develop long-range fundraising strategies aligned with university goals
Establish accountability frameworks for coordinated execution
Oversee fundraising campaign planning and execution
Foster community partnerships to expand philanthropic prospects
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Minimum 10 years of progressive fundraising experience
Solid leadership and team-building skills
Proven track record in donor relationship management
Knowledge of fundraising management software
