As an early engineering hire, you will own complex workstreams and provide technical guidance to elevate our architecture. This role also enables you to mentor junior members, champion transparent communication, and translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Execute feature development for insurance product platforms
Ensure end-to-end ownership from architecture to release
Provide mentorship to foster engineering team skills




Communicate progress and raise risks proactively
Regular codebase audits for maintainability and performance Requirements:
3 to 7+ years in software engineering, ideally in start-ups
Track record of delivering features with business impact
High-context communication for non-technical engagement
