Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Ability to sell wireless products and plans and best describe them to the customer
Assess customer needs with respect to the purchase of wireless products, billing inquiries, and equipment/technical challenges
Ability to stay current with changes in offers/promotions, current products, services and policies to maintain high level product knowledge and services
Providing exceptional customer support to both current and prospective clients
Handle requests, questions and any issues in a positive manner
Process sales and enter refund of orders on a daily basis
Receive and manage the inventory processes
Review Sales reports on a daily basis

Salary: per hour + Commissions + Bonuses and Incentives/Employee Discounts Job Types: Full time, Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
