Oversee daily ore stacking and ship loading operations
Act as a mentor for the stockpile and shiploading crews
Conduct daily safety meetings and Tool Box Talks
Work with peers to enhance maintenance procedures
Address crew training and competency evaluations Requirements:
High school diploma essential
At least one year of supervisory experience
Proficient in heavy equipment operation
Experience in mining is an asset
Capability to work in extreme Arctic conditions Play a vital role in fostering a safe and productive working setting at Baffinland, leading the ship loading operations.
