This full time role, reporting directly to the Director, Retail Services, requires a proven leader to manage branch performance. You will be responsible for growing the membership base, fostering a motivated team, and hitting the branch's business targets.

Execute the Member Experience Model effectively
Retain and acquire current members for the branch

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business or Commerce
Minimum six years of relevant experience, three to five in supervision
Strong background in banking services and financial advice
Proven record in sales and team leadership
