This day shift position involves tasks related to building structures, including concrete work and mentoring apprentices. Candidates should demonstrate robust technical skills and an understanding of safety compliance, with an ability to work extended hours and weekends when required. Key Responsibilities:
Build and form structures for concrete
Cut and join materials according to specifications
Review and correct work deficiencies
Use scaffolding and ladders safely
Act as mentor to apprentices in carpentry Requirements:
Carpenter Journeyperson Ticket strongly preferred
Must provide proof of relevant hours if non-ticketed
CSTS & WHMIS certifications required
Experience in construction of buildings/commercial projects desirable
