Proactively manage the People agenda across all operations
Collaborate with leaders on strategic workforce planning
Update policies based on latest Canadian employment legislation




Oversee the Employment Equity Committee and related initiatives
Coordinate leadership development and cultural engagement programs Requirements:
7+ years in a senior HR Business Partner role
Expert knowledge of Canadian employment legislation and compliance
Experience with labor relations and collective bargaining
Robust background in case management and employee relations
