Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring efficiency and excellent customer experiences
Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service and uphold food safety standards
Assist in food preparation, including pizza assembly and other menu items, adhering to sanitation and quality guidelines
Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing, cashiering, and transaction management
Manage cash handling accurately, including balancing registers at shift end




Support upselling efforts to enhance sales and promote special menu items
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in compliance with health regulations
Ensure timely food delivery to customers while managing kitchen workflow effectively

Qualifications
Previous experience at a pizza restaurant is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS and cashiering procedures
Robust time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently
Experience with food preparation, handling, and safety protocols in the food industry
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory checks
Familiarity with sanitation standards and kitchen safety practices
Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred; leadership experience is a plus
