Reporting to the Director of Care, you will collaborate with LPNs and other disciplines to implement care plans and manage daily clinical activities efficiently. Your expertise will promote an engaging atmosphere for residents and families alike. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise direct care activities
Support LPNs in evaluating care plans and clinical assessments
Administer prescribed medications and treatments
Liaise with community professionals and families for comprehensive care
Maintain documentation in compliance with skilled standards Requirements:
British Columbia RN license as per BCCNM
Bachelor's in Nursing considered beneficial
Current First Aid Level 1 and CPR certification
Experience in long-term care preferable
