Our Valued Public Sector Client is seeking a SharePoint Architect to develop and execute a plan for both user and technical staff to successfully adopt and support the implementation of M365 SharePoint Online (SPO).

Project Description

Support the implementation of M365 SharePoint Online (SPO) as CFIA’s recent EDRMS by developing a scalable information architecture, enhancing current IM governance policies, and leveraging Microsoft Purview to implement these IM policies for compliance and records management. Currently, they are in the planning stage, with only some initial documentation and design completed.

Must Haves

SharePoint Technical Architect (10+ year) Migration to SharePoint Online platform (2 projects) Designing Information Management Frameworks (5 projects) 3 out of the 5 tools: Power Automate,



Power Apps, PowerShell, SharePoint Designer, ShareGate Migration (2 projects)

Tasks
Develop and execute a plan for both user and technical staff to successfully adopt and support the current M365 EDRMS.
Expanding and refining the SPO onboarding process to support both users and technical teams.
Establishing and documenting best practices for effective adoption and long-term success.
Identifying and implementing user-centric functionalities to enhance usability and efficiency.
As a Microsoft-aligned partner, keep the agency informed of Microsoft's public roadmap and upcoming Purview functionalities, particularly for Data Lifecycle Management (DLM) and Records Management (RM).
