Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions.
Mentor and support software developers and technical team members.
Review system architecture, code quality, and technical best practices.
Collaborate with business and project teams to deliver successful solutions.
Identify opportunities to improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
Qualifications
Experience in software development, systems engineering, or technical leadership.
Strong knowledge of modern programming languages, cloud technologies,
and software architecture.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and project collaboration.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
