Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board
Lead the finance team and ensure accurate financial reporting
Optimize charitable compliance processes and train the team
Develop and present annual budgets reflecting strategic goals
Ensure timely completion of audits and legal filings
Requirements
CPA designation is required
10+ years of progressive finance experience
Experience in non-profit financial regulations
Proven record of leading finance teams
Familiarity with ERP systems, especially Acumatica
