Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive leadership over all distribution operations

Monitor KPIs and drive initiatives for continuous improvement

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or operations preferred
Minimum 10 years in leadership roles within distribution
Proven operational optimization and budget management
Robust safety compliance and inventory control experience
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
