Develop and spearhead radiation therapy education programs
Assess education needs for staff and patients
Stay updated with emerging trends in radiation therapy
Deliver training and mentorship to radiation therapists
Participate in RMP's quality assurance and improvement initiatives Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Radiation Therapy; Master’s in relevant field preferred
At least 5 years of practice experience
Leadership and course design experience preferred
Required certifications with CMRITO, CAMRT
