Elevate education analysis as a Senior Research and Survey Specialist in Edmonton with Alberta Education. You will design psychometric research, coordinate surveys, and analyze data for Alberta's education system. Ideal candidates will possess 4 or more years of experience in statistical analysis and survey design, driving accountability through evidence-based recommendations. Key Responsibilities:
Design and conduct psychometric research and benchmarking
Implement and evaluate surveys for accurate results
Analyze trends in survey data for informed planning




Provide expert consultation on research methodologies
Support development of performance measurement frameworks Requirements:
Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred
Minimum 4 years of progressive research experience
Proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R, etc.)
Solid analytical and project management skills
