Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement category strategies for various services • Lead sourcing events including RFIs,



RFPs, and RFQs • Conduct market analysis and total cost assessments • Negotiate high-value contracts with legal partnership • Manage supplier performance with KPIs and initiatives

Requirements: • 5 to 8 years in strategic sourcing or procurement • 3+ years of leadership experience • SCMP or CIPS designation is preferred • Experience in mining or heavy industry is a plus • Strong stakeholder management skills
