Job Summary cafeclub is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Support Staff member to join our growing team. This role is essential to delivering an outstanding guest experience by supporting front-of-house operations, assisting baristas and servers, and ensuring the café remains clean, organized, and welcoming throughout the day.

The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a positive attitude, and is committed to providing exceptional service while working as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive customer service.
Support baristas and front-of-house staff during busy service periods.
Deliver food and beverages to customers promptly and accurately.
Clear, sanitize, and reset tables to maintain a clean dining area.
Restock cups, lids, napkins, condiments, and café supplies.
Assist with packaging takeout and online orders.
Help maintain cleanliness of the café, service stations, and customer areas.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
Assist with opening, closing, and general café operations.
Perform additional support duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
Previous experience in a café, restaurant,



hospitality, or customer service environment is an asset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with a robust commitment to guest satisfaction.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light supplies when needed.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
