We are currently looking for an experienced and dependable Service Plumber to join our growing team.

About the Role

As a Service Plumber with Romeo Mechanical, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems for a wide range of clients, from commercial properties and property management companies to residential customers. This is a hands-on, service-oriented role that requires solid technical skills, professionalism, and excellent communication with clients in office.

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair plumbing systems, including drains, fixtures, water heaters, and backflow prevention devices
Perform scheduled service calls and emergency repairs in a timely, professional manner
Conduct inspections and testing as required (e.g., backflow testing, drain camera inspections)
Communicate clearly and courteously with clients, tenants,



and property managers regarding scope of work, findings, and recommendations
Accurately complete service reports, invoices, and job documentation
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work setting on every job site
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and company procedures

Qualifications
Licensed plumber, or valid apprenticeship standing with relevant experience
Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
Solid diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule
Backflow testing certification considered an asset
Comfortable working in a variety of settings, including commercial, industrial, and residential properties
