Experienced Waterproofer – Commercial & Industrial Construction

What You'll Do
Install hot rubberized and blindside waterproofing systems.
Prepare surfaces and complete detailed waterproofing installations.
Apply primers, membranes, drainage boards, and protection boards.
Safely operate kettles and waterproofing equipment.
Install cold-applied and spray-applied waterproofing systems (an asset).
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized worksite.
Work closely with supervisors and fellow tradespeople to deliver high-quality results.

What We're Looking For
1–5 years of waterproofing experience in commercial and/or industrial construction.
Proven experience with hot rubberized waterproofing systems.




Experience with blindside waterproofing is considered a strong asset.
Solid understanding of waterproofing products, materials, and installation methods.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Valid driver's license or reliable transportation
Dependable, safety-focused, and committed to producing quality workmanship.
Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.
