Warehouse Team Lead

Location: Vancouver, BC

Position: Full-time, In office

DelGate Logistics is looking for an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to support our growing fulfillment operation. This is an active floor position—not a desk-only supervisory role.

The successful candidate must be a skilled forklift operator and have previous experience working in a fulfillment or 3PL warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping activities
Operate reach trucks, counterbalance forklifts and other warehouse equipment
Assign tasks and monitor the performance of warehouse associates
Ensure customer orders and receiving tasks are completed accurately and on time
Coordinate container unloading, palletizing and inventory placement
Maintain accurate inventory and investigate discrepancies
Use a warehouse management system to process and verify transactions
Train employees on warehouse procedures, safety and equipment operation
Maintain a clean, organized and safe facility
Report operational issues, damages and delays to management




Support the warehouse team wherever required during busy periods

Requirements
Previous supervisory experience in a fulfillment, distribution or 3PL warehouse
Strong forklift operating skills
Valid forklift certification is preferred
Experience with reach trucks and counterbalance forklifts
Experience with order fulfillment, inventory control and container destuffing
Comfortable working directly on the warehouse floor
Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic computer applications
Robust leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks in a quick-paced environment
Physically capable of performing regular warehouse duties
Reliable, organized and accountable
