In this role, you will play a key part in bringing the Best Buy Business experience to life in-store by supporting local SMB, mid-market, and public sector customers with consultative, solutions-focused service.

You will take the time to understand each customer's business needs, recommend tailored technology and services solutions, and help connect them with the right Best Buy Business programs, resources, and sales support.

As a senior advisor , you will be the expert on all B2B solutions offered in the Business Centre, share product and industry knowledge, and help create a business-ready department through solid merchandising, functional demos, and operational excellence.
