The position of Warehouse Worker / Forklift Operator for Heartwood requires skill, efficiency, physical ability, and a positive attitude. This position seeks an individual with a positive skill set who can work within an setting of a small, dedicated core staff.

Duties and Responsibilities

This cross-functional position will include multiple warehousing roles including, but not limited to:
Picking
Receiving
Shipping
Cycle Counts / Inventory Issues
Cleaning / Maintenance (building and/or machinery)
Loading
Projects as assigned by warehouse manager

Skills / Qualifications / Requirements
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. independently
Team player, positive individual with attention to detail
Forklift certification of either Class 1,2 or 5.




CSA approved work boots/shoes
must follow all COVID safety protocols

Benefits / Highlights
Starting wage TBD based on experience. Eligible for profit share and advantages after 3 months.
Full Time work Monday to Friday - no seasonal shutdown
Hours currently 7:00 am - 3:30 PM M-F
