Lead global payroll projects at Raise as a Global Payroll Implementation Lead, based in Toronto or Waterloo, ON. Drive end-to-end implementation for payroll systems, focusing on project management and change management.

This hybrid position requires expertise in overseeing international payroll implementations and managing cross-functional teams. You’ll coordinate with IT, HR, and finance stakeholders to ensure successful delivery, using your knowledge of HRIS systems like Workday.

Your leadership will facilitate training, manage change, and ensure operational readiness across multi-country rollouts.

Key Responsibilities:
Establish global implementation master schedule

Requirements:
7+ years in Global Payroll or HR Project Management
