Key Responsibilities:
Prepare Development Charge Background Studies and bylaws
Develop DC policies aligned with Regional objectives




Lead annual DC collection forecasts and growth calculations
Maintain financial models for rate calculations
Support internal and external stakeholder engagement

Requirements:
Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum three years' experience in policy development
Solid communication and analytical skills
Knowledge of municipal bylaws and regulations
Supervisory experience in a relevant role
