Responsibilities
Engage with customers in person and via phone to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline, tracking prospects and follow-ups to maximize sales prospects
Conduct outside sales activities, including visiting clients at their locations or participating in community events to expand our reach
Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction while meeting sales targets
Support B2B (business-to-business) sales efforts by establishing relationships with corporate clients and dealerships
Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue




Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones

Experience
Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or dealership environments demonstrating strong customer engagement skills
Familiarity with B2B sales processes and managing a sales pipeline from prospecting through closing
Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end sales deals
Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in Spanish or other languages, are highly advantageous for reaching diverse customer bases
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and follow up efficiently
Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities
Experience supporting sales teams with marketing initiatives, upselling techniques, and customer service excellence
