Duties
Engage with prospective clients via phone calls to promote travel packages, tours, and hotel accommodations
Provide detailed information about destinations, travel options, and special offers to inspire customer interest
Assist customers in customizing travel itineraries to suit their preferences and needs
Handle inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, and travel documentation with professionalism and clarity
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and follow-up actions
Upsell additional services such as excursions, upgrades, or travel insurance to enhance customer experience




Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets and improve overall customer satisfaction

Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality roles; hotel or travel industry experience is a strong plus
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and travel destinations preferred
Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others explore the world
Basic computer skills including familiarity with CRM systems or booking platforms is advantageous
