We are looking for a visionary Executive Director to manage the recent LTC home set to open in 2026. Reporting to the Vice President, your focus will be on strategic execution, enhancing resident experiences, and overseeing compliance with regulations. Your leadership will be key in developing a robust community presence and in crafting a robust recruitment strategy.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead operational planning for a successful home launch • Foster a culture of innovation and person-centered care • Build strategic partnerships within the healthcare community • Monitor quality indicators to enhance resident outcomes • Drive legislative compliance and quality improvement practices
