Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
Explain repair procedures clearly, providing transparent estimates and timelines
Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services
Upsell additional maintenance or repair services that benefit the customer’s vehicle health




Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining detailed records of all payments
Keep customers informed throughout the service process, managing expectations proactively
Maintain organized documentation of service orders, customer interactions, and vehicle histories

Requirements
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, qualified demeanor
Ability to effectively communicate technical information in an understandable way
Sales aptitude with a focus on upselling appropriate services to enhance customer satisfaction
Experience handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Knowledge of automotive repair processes, dealership operations, and mechanical systems is a plus
