Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, friendly interactions, and productive food and beverage delivery.

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring explicit communication with kitchen staff
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, managing multiple tables efficiently with excellent time management skills

Qualifications
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
Solid customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
Understanding of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols in a restaurant setting
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
Experience in serving or hospitality roles that involve guest interaction and upselling techniques

Pay: $17.60 per hour
