Your role includes reporting issues to management and advising on deficient practices while fostering relationships with builders and project consultants. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed site inspections of construction projects
Escalate and report high-risk findings
Identify compliance solutions for builders
Advise on building codes and quality standards
Collaborate with underwriting and claims departments Requirements:
5 years’ experience in residential construction
Home warranty experience is a plus
Familiarity with building codes and construction techniques
Solid technology skills and valid driver’s license
