Develop and execute procurement strategies that drive cost savings without compromising quality

Negotiate contracts to secure the best possible price, quality, and service

Implement process improvements that elevate efficiency and reduce costs

Stay plugged into market trends, materials, and global supply insights

Lead and mentor a small procurement team, providing guidance on best practices and workload management

5+ years managing a procurement team

Experience sourcing for production or fabrication (trade show booths, museum interiors, architectural components, luxury retail fixtures) is a big plus

Deep understanding of procurement’s role in production environments

Proven success in contract negotiation, cost‑reduction, and vendor management

Knowledge of global suppliers, materials, and sourcing channels

Proficient in MS Office
