CMHC is looking for a highly skilled skilled for the Bilingual Senior Specialist, ServiceNow ITSM Developer position. This permanent full time role located in Montreal, Ottawa, or Toronto requires extensive experience in ServiceNow ITSM development. You will lead the design and support of ServiceNow solutions while driving improvement across key ITSM processes.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead design and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM solutions • Collaborate with IT Operations and service teams to optimize workflows • Enhance Service Catalog items and approval processes • Develop advanced automations, APIs, and integrations • Provide technical leadership and conduct code reviews
