Become a Peer Support Facilitator in Calgary, Alberta, and help others through difficult times. This role is open to compassionate individuals with personal experiences of reproductive grief. As a volunteer, you'll co-facilitate support groups for those dealing with pregnancy loss, infant loss, infertility, or diverse family-building experiences. This ongoing, adaptable prospect encourages connection and shared experiences without the pressure of offering solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate intimate support groups in-person or via Zoom
Create an inspiring and supportive atmosphere
Guide group conversations gently and respectfully
Provide consistent support throughout discussions Requirements:
Lived experience with reproductive grief is crucial
Attend necessary training prior to starting
Comfort in holding emotional space for participants
Commit to scheduled session availability
