This permanent full-time role located in Montreal, Ottawa, or Toronto requires extensive experience in ServiceNow ITSM development. You will lead the design and support of ServiceNow solutions while driving improvement across key ITSM processes. Key Responsibilities:
Lead design and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM solutions
Collaborate with IT Operations and service teams to optimize workflows




Enhance Service Catalog items and approval processes
Develop advanced automations, APIs, and integrations
Provide technical leadership and conduct code reviews Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
7+ years of ServiceNow development experience
Solid understanding of ITIL and ITSM principles
Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules
