We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Roofer/Labourer to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities
Assist with the installation and repair of roofing systems using hand tools and power tools
Perform heavy lifting of materials such as shingles, plywood, and metal sheets safely and efficiently
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to support project execution
Use caulking and sealing techniques to ensure waterproofing and weatherproofing of roofs
Support carpentry tasks related to roof framing and structural components
Maintain a clean and organized worksite, adhering to safety protocols at all times
Help with general labour duties including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
Requirements
Experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction techniques
Prior construction or handyman experience is highly desirable
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely throughout the workday
Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and teamwork
Basic carpentry skills or experience working with wood framing is a plus
Willingness to learn new skills such as caulking and roof installation procedures
