Our Valued Public Sector Client seeks an experienced SharePoint Architect to lead the deployment of M365 SharePoint Online (SPO). In this role, you will develop strategies for both users and technical staff, ensuring smooth adoption and compliance with enhanced Information Management policies. With a solid foundation established, your expertise will drive the onboarding process and optimize functionalities for better usability.

Key Responsibilities:



• Develop a comprehensive adoption strategy for M365 EDRMS • Refine the SharePoint Online onboarding process for both user groups • Establish best practices for long-term adoption success • Identify and implement user-centric features and functionalities • Keep teams updated on Microsoft's roadmap and Purview enhancements

Requirements: • 10+ years as SharePoint Technical Architect • Experience in migrating to SharePoint Online (2 projects) • Design Information Management Frameworks (5 projects) • Proficient in 3 of 5 tools: Power Automate, Power Apps, PowerShell, SharePoint Designer, ShareGate (2 projects) • Knowledge of compliance and records management strategies
