The Security

Lead will ensure compliance with standards and improve security operations while managing contracted staff at the site. Key Responsibilities:
Administer the Rook I Site Security Program
Develop and implement post orders and procedures
Manage security personnel and staffing needs
Oversee electronic security monitoring operations
Conduct security inspections and threat assessments Requirements:
Minimum 7 years in heavy industry or mining
Education in security management or criminal justice
PSP or CSSM designations preferred
Experience in electronic security systems management
