This role welcomes current nursing graduates and offers extensive training to build skills in symptom management and interdisciplinary collaboration. Develop caring relationships and support clients' independence with quality nursing assessments. Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate ongoing care plans and interventions
Inform nursing supervisors of client condition changes
Support secure client care through improved practices




Participate in standby/on-call duties as needed
Attend team meetings to enhance service delivery Requirements:
Valuable standing with College of Nurses of Ontario
RN degree from an accredited university or college
First Aid or CPR Certification is necessary
Experience in community nursing is beneficial
Valid Ontario driver’s license and vehicle for travel Utilize your nursing skills to provide compassionate palliative care with VHA, enhancing quality of life for clients and families.
