This is a permanent, full‑time Shipper Receiver position at ATS Traffic, located in Regina, SK.
The role involves inventory movement, shipping, receiving, yard and warehouse tasks, and supporting the On‑Street Services team.
Travel within the city and province may be required.
Responsibilities
- Preparing products to be shipped to customers, preparing shipping quotes
- Assisting incoming customers with order pick up and loading
- Ensuring proper packaging of products and assembly as required
- Communicating with customers and various carriers
- Using knowledge of protected packing methods, time management and prioritization skills for orders
- Maintaining and organizing inventory including min and max levels
- Supporting a tidy workplace and 6‑Sigma and LEAN initiatives
- Providing assistance to the On‑Street Services team as needed, including driving company vehicles to conduct traffic control around the city
- Operating a forklift to move product as necessary
- Working in the yard and various shop tasks as required
Qualifications
- Valid Class 5 (Non‑GDL) Driver’s License and a Clean 3‑Year Regular Drivers Abstract required to drive company vehicles
- Own method of transportation to get to and from work preferred
- Must pass a pre‑employment Drug and Alcohol Test; zero tolerance for marijuana, medical or recreational
- Ability to successfully pass a Fit Test including lifting between 50 and 75 pounds
- Experience in shipping/receiving, inventory control
- Forklift experience considered an asset; training can be provided
- Will bring a pair of CSA Approved Safety Boots on first day; company will cover rest of PPE
