- 9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations, transportation management, logistics, and supply-chain processes.
- Demonstrated experience supporting system implementation, enhancement, integration, and process-improvement initiatives.
- Proven ability to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Experience creating process flows, use cases, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience coordinating UAT, defect resolution, deployment readiness, and post-implementation support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

- Practical, hands-on exposure to Warehouse Management & Finance Systems with Operation knowledge.
- Good knowledge of project-management practices, including planning, requirements tracking, risk management, and testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with requirements documentation tools and process-modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN, flowcharting).
- Understanding of integration points between transportation, warehouse management, and broader ERP




- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to varied audiences.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business users, technical teams, vendors, senior leaders, and external partners.
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive initiatives to completion.
- Experience working in logistics, transportation, or distribution-focused organizations.
- Exposure to additional supply-chain or warehouse management systems (WMS, ERP platforms).
- Experience working in agile or hybrid project delivery environments.
- Familiarity with reporting and data analysis tools to support decision-making
- Knowledge on ERP (IBM iSeries) and Web Technology support.

Education and Certification Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any domain.
- Certification in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
